Sifu Elgin Betancourt
& Sifu Paul Perce
Promoted to 6th Degree Black

Sifu Elgin Betancourt started his Kenpo training with the Flores Bros. in 1980 at the age of 7. He is the youngest 6th degree black belt that the Flores Bros. Has promoted to date. He is currently running his own successful karate school in Santa Paula and has been doing so for the past 12 years. Sifu Elgin is a great roll model and inspiration to us all.

Sifu Paul Perce started his Kenpo training with the Flores Bros. in 1984.  Sifu Paul is currently running his own successful Karate school in Fillmore and has been since January 1996.  Sifu Paul is a very positive instructor who is an excellent role model and  an inspiration to us all!
